The ARGANZ is a not-for-profit group uniting radiologists from Australia and New Zealand who have a special interest in imaging and image guided treatment of patients with the diseases of abdominal organs. ARGANZ exists under the umbrella of RANZCR and adheres to its rules and regulations.

Participation is limited to members of the Abdominal Radiology Group of Australia and New Zealand (ARGANZ) as well as fellows of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiology (RANZCR) only.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Meeting must register, please read the registration information before you complete the online form.
Due to the practical nature of these Workshops there are limitations to the number of positions available for each workshop. Delegates are advised to register early to secure their position in the workshop(s). Registration is on a first come basis.

Credit Card Payments: Registration and credit card payment via the online form is the preferred with credit card payments accepted from the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club.
Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘‘Conference by arinex Pty Limited’’.
Cheques should be made payable to ARGANZ 2010 Meeting. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
If you wish to make payment via cheque method you may still complete the online registration form and select the cheque payment option on the payment page of the form. Your registration will remain active for 30 days to receive your payment. After expiration of this time your registration will be cancelled.
Cheque payments will only be accepted until 15 March 2010 to ensure that we receive the cheque and also to ensure that the cheque is processed in time for the commencement of the Meeting. After this date, all registrations must be submitted with credit card payment via the online registration form or by calling (61) 2 9265 0700.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.

Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/ confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are accompanied with the form.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is not accepted as a method for paying registration fees.
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the meeting. At the meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/meeting documentation and a list of delegates.
Each attendee of the meeting will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions, your nominated workshop(s) and to social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Meeting Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
Please advise the Meeting Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Meeting Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
